Take 1 ripe fresh pineapple (hulled and slicing the pineapple into cubes), 8 cups of water, 1 to 2 cups ice cubes and liquefy with a blender. The liquid will be thick and frothy. Strain the pineapple liquid through a fine sieve into a pitcher and place in refridge until cold.

Lemonade

May be old fashion but there certainly something that conjures up a pitcher full on a summer’s day. This delight is a two-step process but well worth the results. Begin by adding 1 cup granulated sugar to 1 cup water and let it dissolve and set aside in the refridge.

Squeeze 6 fresh lemons and mix the liquid to 4cups of water with ice cups in a pitcher. Add to the pitcher, the water/sugar blend and place in 1 sliced lemon. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
