Apply the warm oil to damp hair by hand and running the fingers through every strand with it. Use a wide-toothed comb to assure even distribution.

Wrap hair in a warm towel, plastic wrap or a shower cap. Leave on for half an hour, then rinse out and following up with shampoo.
